Shipping and Delivery

All our standard shipping is sent via renowned pet carriers within 1-2 business days of purchase. Your order is expected to be delivered in 3-5 business days within the USA and 5-8 days abroad. Shipping  may only take up to 7 business days within the USA in case of delayance in shipping preparations.

ONLY Express deliveries can take a maximum of 24 hours from when order is put in. Delivery times may also vary depending on location, carrier, public holidays and pandemics.
